Emiliano Malizia is a Senior Counsel of the Firm and the Director of the California’s Practice. Emiliano is a California attorney with substantial experience in international law, tax law, immigration law, business immigration, real estate, commercial litigation, and corporate law. He sits in the Los Angeles office and oversees the Firm’s practice for the Western region, including the offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Mr. Malizia focuses his practice on immigration law and corporate immigration law, such as nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, as well as family-based and employment-based immigrant petitions. In addition, as an Italian attorney in Los Angeles, Mr. Malizia often engages in corporate litigation and assisted different international clients resolve numerous cases, both in and out of court.
In addition, Mr. Malizia possesses substantial experience in family law involving Italian citizens and instances of international law. Emiliano has also worked on numerous international transactions and has operated with clients from all over the world, including individuals and/or companies from Italy, France, Serbia, Germany, England, China and the Philippines.
Mr. Malizia grew up attending the German School in Rome and proceeded to obtain his Bachelor of Laws at Bocconi University, School of Law. In addition, Mr. Malizia obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the Law Review.
Mr. Malizia is fluent in German, Italian, and English and possesses a scholastic knowledge of both Spanish and French.
